Vital Dispatch is provided by JVCO Solutions to licensed mobile medical businesses under a services agreement. By signing in you agree to:
- Access only records you are authorized to access for patient care. All access is logged and auditable.
- Keep your credentials and two-factor device private. Never share accounts.
- Use patient information solely for treatment and business operations permitted by HIPAA and your employer's policies.
- Report suspected account compromise or data incidents to your administrator immediately.
Software provided "as is" during the pilot period; clinical judgment always rests with the treating provider. Booking confirmations are subject to the business's own policies.
SMS terms
These SMS terms apply to text messaging by Aggieland Hydration, the business served by this deployment. By providing your mobile number during booking you agree to receive appointment-related text messages (confirmations, nurse arrival updates, and a post-visit follow-up) from Aggieland Hydration. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is typically 2–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
